Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This is the last week of the Autumn term – and it’s as busy as ever!!  We want to say ‘congratulations’ to Mrs Ward (previously known as Miss Sowden) who got married at the weekend!!  We wish her and her husband a bright and wonderful future!  This week, we will be saying ‘goodbye’ to Ann Bradley, Marie Binns and Kate Timpson – all 3 have worked at our school for 28, 29 and 30 years!  We wish them all the best in their retirement!

This week in school we have Reception and KS1 Nativities, KS2 Carol Concert, Xmas parties and Xmas dinner!

We have recently carried out a Parent Survey (am attaching here) – this will also be able to view under Parents Section on this website.

We hope you all have a great Xmas and wish you all a Happy New Year!  Parent Survey Nov 21

This week in school!

We only have 2 weeks left until we break up for Christmas!  Last week we took 26 children to London (see Residentials for pictures!).  We had a great time!  This week in school we have D-Side (Drugs Awareness Classes) and on Friday, it is Christmas Jumper Day!  We have a 2-week Attendance and Punctuality Challenge – be in school every day and on time, for the next 2 weeks and children can celebrate their success by taking part in a DVD and popcorn party in the New Year!  Next week there will be all sorts of Christmas activities – so keep an eye out for the activities carried out on your child’s year group page – this will be updated weekly!
