****Edenred Voucher Scheme – Summer Holidays****

As most of you are likely aware, the Edenred Free School Meal Voucher Scheme will recommence over the summer holidays. Each child will be entitled to £90 worth of vouchers each to assist with the family’s food shopping bills.

Those of you who received the vouchers previously do not need to request the vouchers as you will be automatically sent them if you are still in receipt of benefit related free school meals. However, if you have changed your email address since the last set of vouchers were received you MUST inform us before Wednesday 8th July to enable us to update our database and ensure that you receive the next set of vouchers.

The vouchers will be sent in the following increments:
• 17th July - £15 per child
• 24rd July - £15 per child
• 31st July - £15 per child
• 7th August - £15 per child
• 14th August - £30 per child

It is your responsibility to redeem these vouchers and the steps to do this have not changed. You will need to:

1. Copy the 16-digit code on the email from Edenred
2. Follow the link in the email and enter the code when prompted
3. Enter the amount of the voucher to redeem (£15 per child)
4. Select the supermarket you wish to use
5. Click ‘Checkout’
6. You will then be asked to complete your personal details:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone Number
7. Click confirm.
8. You will then receive a barcode in a separate email from Edenred within 24 hours. You can download the barcode and print or you can open the email in-store and it can be scanned.
