Fantastic Easter Bonnets

I’ve been in school today and was able to see all the amazing Easter Bonnets that the children have brought in for the Bonnets competition. I must say that I’ m relieved on this occasion not be involved in the judging because it’s going to be a very difficult task indeed. A big well done […]

***We need your help***

On Sunday, there was a large group of 6 boys on the Skate park. They gained access to MPS and played on the equipment in our playground at the back. 10 mins later came to the side fence and climbed over again, one can vaguely be seen taking a broom handle into the chicken coop and then come out with a chicken by the neck.

A number of our school chickens were killed and we would like to identify the culprits. You will see a video below and there are also some still photographs in the comments section. If you have any information, please contact us via the school office or class dojo.

Thank you.

***CHANGES TO START/FINISH TIMES AFTER EASTER***

Dear Parents,

When we return after the Easter break, on 19th April, we will be moving back to our start time of 8:50 to 9am and a finish time of 2:50 to 3pm for all children. The following access points will need to be used for dropping your child off and parents will not be permitted on site before school:

Reception – Early Years Centre
Years 1, 3 and 4 – Pedestrian Gate
Years 2, 5 and 6 – Vehicle Gate.

The following process will need to be followed to collect your child:

Enter the site via the vehicle gate, ensuring you are wearing a mask (you will not be permitted on site without one), collect your child from their class/cloakroom door and then leave the site via the pedestrian gate.

At all times, social distancing must be adhered to, there should be no congregating in the playground or by the school site and should you need to have a conversation with your child’s class teacher this must be arranged via Class Dojo or by contacting the school office.

As always, thank you for co-operation.
